Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Please contact service@kicknexus.com first with your order number and the reason for the return. If your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for final-sale items, gift cards, or any used items. Some customized or personal-use items may also be non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, contact service@kicknexus.com first. Approved exchanges follow the same review process as returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
