What is the status of my order?
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your package ships, we’ll send a tracking email so you can follow delivery progress.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can help with changes or cancellations before the order enters processing. If you need help, email service@kicknexus.com as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options shown at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries worldwide.
How long does processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, customs, and carrier conditions.
Which carriers do you use?
Depending on the destination, we may ship with carriers such as 4PX, YunExpress, Wanb Express, UBI, or a local final-mile delivery partner.
How can I track my package?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or visit our Track Order page. Please allow 3-7 days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Please contact service@kicknexus.com first with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we’ll send the return instructions and return address. Please do not send items back without approval first.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
