TRACK YOUR ORDER
Use your tracking email to follow your shipment. If you’ve received a tracking number, please allow 3-7 business days after dispatch for the carrier to show the first scan and movement updates.
How to track:
1. Open your shipping confirmation email from KickNexus.
2. Click the tracking link included in the email.
3. Review the latest carrier scan and delivery progress.
Processing & delivery time:
Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on destination, customs, and local carrier conditions.
Carrier information:
Your order may be handled by carriers such as 4PX, YunExpress, Wanb Express, UBI, or a local final-mile delivery partner.
Need help?
If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days from dispatch, or your order is delayed beyond the normal transit window, contact service@kicknexus.com and include your order number.
